Turning real-time signals into Medical Affairs strategy.
We're the Scientific Communications partner that closes the loop between signal and decision. One team. One evidence chain. Peer-review-grade content. Delivered at 40–50% below legacy agency rates — because our AI-native infrastructure is the operating system of the business, not a feature of it.
The problem isn't intelligence.
It's translation.
Medical Affairs has more intelligence at its fingertips than ever. What's missing is the translation — a partner embedded in the function who can turn signals into strategy, specific to your therapeutic area or asset.
Traditional agencies bring deep expertise but bolt on intelligence as an afterthought. Pure intelligence vendors deliver sophisticated analytics but stop at the insight. You get the what, but not the so what. Neither closes the loop between signal and action. Until now.
With fusionScientific you get both. The IQ Continuum is how we deliver it — the infrastructure that keeps your science and your strategy moving together.
Is your science cutting through?
Is it shifting HCP sentiment?
Is it changing clinical practice?
From signal to strategy to proof. One partner.
Four pillars. One engine.
We deliver the full spectrum of strategic Scientific Communications — evidence-led, signal-optimised, and built for impact. Our approach rests on four pillars, connected by one evidence chain. That's how we keep insight, evidence, and outcome connected. What we learn from one phase sharpens the next.
Detect
Real-time landscape, sentiment, and share-of-voice surveillance across HCP, KOL, and competitor cohorts. We see what's moving before our clients' competitors do.
Diagnose
Attribution modelling that separates noise from narrative movement — identifying the voices, data, and channels driving change in your therapeutic area.
Strategise
Evidence-led, signal-calibrated scientific platforms, lexicons, and omnichannel plans. Reproducible methodology. Source-traceable logic.
Deploy & prove
Full-service content production and deployment, with live measurement against pre-registered KPIs. Every programme re-optimised in-flight, not post-mortem.
Full-spectrum scientific communications
Every deliverable below is mapped to the phase that produces it. Commission any module in isolation, or combine into a full-spectrum programme.
Detect
- Landscape assessments and competitor profiling
- Systematic and targeted literature reviews
- Congress intelligence
Diagnose
- KOL and DOL mapping and stakeholder engagement planning
- Evidence audits and gap analyses
- Advisory boards and expert consultation
- MSL toolkits and standard response documents
Strategise
- Scientific narrative architecture and lexicon development
- Integrated scientific communication planning
- Publication planning and data dissemination strategy
- Omnichannel scientific engagement strategy
Deploy & prove
- Medical education programmes
- KOL and DOL video content
- Scientific infographics and data visualisation
- Mechanism-of-action animations
- Congress activities and scientific exchange
- Podcasts, webinars and broadcast-grade scientific video
- Slide decks and scientific presentations
- Websites, microsites and digital scientific platforms
The engine powering everything we do.
The four pillars are what our team does. The IQ Continuum is the engine that makes it possible — the AI-native infrastructure that does the heavy lifting behind the scenes, so every recommendation we give you is traceable back to the signal that prompted it.
Seven decision-support modules. One closed loop. Every programme tracked at every stage — not just at the end. Because optimisation only works if you can see what's moving in real time.
Modular by design
Use any module in isolation, or combine into a bespoke stack calibrated to your therapeutic area, competitive landscape, and strategic priorities.
Real-time intelligence, always-on HCP sentiment, share-of-voice and narrative analysis across digital, social and scientific channels.
Scientific evidence synthesis, gap analysis and publication-landscape intelligence.
Stakeholder intelligence, KOL and DOL mapping, influence-network analysis and engagement strategy.
Real-time congress intelligence, insight capture and post-congress activation measurement.
Programme measurement, attribution modelling and closed-loop ROE analytics.
Machine-learning models that forecast and drive HCP behavioural change.
Procurement intelligence to surface agency spend transparency, AI-cost audit, and benchmark reporting. Built to answer the question every procurement team is now being asked: "what are we actually paying for?"
Built on AI. Not bolted to it.
Every legacy agency in this category is in the middle of an AI transition. We started with humanized AI. Our proprietary multi-step RAG architecture is the operating system of the business, not a feature of it.
AI-native architecture eliminates the process overhead legacy agencies pass on as fees. Validated against procurement benchmarks. Transparency reports available on request.
Intelligence flows directly into execution. No handoffs between agency functions. No translation layers. No delays.
No white-label dependencies. No third-party LLM lock-in. Full data provenance. Your data stays yours. We don't use your data to train our models. Our methodology is inspectable.
Benchmark us against your incumbent.
If you're a Medical Affairs leader reviewing your Scientific Communications partner roster, or a procurement lead auditing category spend, the most useful thing we can do is put ourselves next to whoever you're working with now.
Send us your current scope. We'll come back with a like-for-like benchmark against our own methodology, pricing and IQ Continuum capability — with the working shown.
Built for the desk it actually lands on.
Scientific Communications decisions today involve both Medical Affairs and procurement — and most agencies are only built to satisfy one. fusionScientific was designed from day one to work for both.
Most spend in this category still evades scrutiny. Invoice-line opacity, AI cost pass-through, IP ambiguity, and fragmented vendor stacks create hidden costs on the invoice and harder conversations at category review. fusionScientific closes both gaps.
Five guarantees your
category team can bank.
Transparent, benchmarked commercials
Rate cards published, not negotiated line-by-line. Scope-to-price logic that maps directly to published industry benchmarks. Every engagement reconciled against a 40–50% cost-efficiency floor, and the workings made available to your category team on request.
MSA-ready governance
Global MSA experience with tier-1 pharmaceutical clients since 2009. Standard terms aligned to the procurement clauses that matter: IP assignment, data residency, sub-processor disclosure, AI model governance, audit rights, and exit provisions. No hidden clauses. No white-label vendors buried three layers down.
Full audit trail on every deliverable
Because our intelligence and our content live on the same proprietary stack, every programme carries a source-traceable evidence chain — from the signal that prompted it to the KOL it was reviewed by, to the KPI it was measured against. Medical Affairs gets a defensible evidence base. Procurement gets a reconcilable cost line. Inspectable by both functions, reproducible on demand.
Vendor consolidation, without the risk
Most Medical Affairs leaders are running three to five vendors to cover intelligence, strategy, content, channel and measurement. fusionScientific collapses that stack into one strategic partner — one narrative, one evidence chain, one invoice.
procureIQ: the category's first spend-transparency tool
Our proprietary procurement intelligence platform, procureIQ audits agency AI exposure, identifies hidden cost pass-through, and benchmarks category spend against a continuously updated efficiency index. Typical audits surface 40% savings; creative-heavy categories, 45–55%. Available as a standalone engagement or embedded in an MSA.

17 years in pharma.
Built AI-native from the inside.
fusionScientific is not a startup. We are a Scientific and brand communications entity that has spent those years delivering for global pharmaceutical clients — and the last eight of them quietly rebuilding the operating system of the category from AI-native foundations.
Years of reinventing
a category.
fusionScientific was not built in a pitch deck. It was built across two eras of pharmaceutical communications — the one before AI changed the operating economics of the category, and the one we have been leading ever since.
Measuring impact
Global brand communications for pharmaceutical clients. The foundation on which everything that follows is built. Still the legal entity behind fusionScientific today.
Communications + intelligence
Descriptive and predictive omnichannel analytics — the moment the business begins its shift from communications to intelligence. The first structural signal that the category was about to change, and we intended to change it.
Global MSAs
Spanning multiple therapeutic areas globally, and Agency of Record status. These relationships prove, at category scale, that AI-native architecture and tier-1 pharma governance are not mutually exclusive.
Humanised AI
Human-in-the-loop AI and ML for disease-area insights. The first proprietary AI module shipped under MSA — proof that this was never a wrapper around somebody else's model.
Automated AI
ML-powered KOL mapping, identification and influence-network modelling. The first module to be adopted by another global agency as category infrastructure.
fusion
Predictive modelling for HCP reach, engagement and launch optimisation. The moment the stack starts behaving as a system rather than a set of tools.
fusionScientific consolidates the stack
Seven proprietary intelligence modules. One evidence chain. One closed loop.
The IQ Continuum ships
The category's first end-to-end closed-loop intelligence system for Scientific Communications.
What most agencies are now attempting as an AI transition, we completed years ago. The result is the IQ Continuum: the only closed-loop intelligence system in Scientific Communications.
"To elevate Med Affairs as the strategic voice of life sciences, driving organizational and patient impact."

This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit this website at fusionscientific.io. We act as the data controller of that personal data for the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
This is a brochure website. It does not have user accounts, public profiles, search, or any commerce functionality. The only place you actively give us personal data is the contact form, or by emailing us directly.
What personal data we collect
Information you submit to us. If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, company name (optional), enquiry subject, and message you provide. The form also automatically records the URL of the page you submitted from. If you email us directly, we receive whatever information your email contains.
Cookie-notice record. When you dismiss the cookie notice, we store a small record of that dismissal in your browser's local storage so we do not show the notice to you again on every visit. This contains a timestamp only — no name, no email, no identifier we can link to you.
Standard server log data. Like any website, our hosting infrastructure may briefly log technical information about your visit — such as your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and the browser and operating system you are using — for security and reliability purposes.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and the website is not directed at them. We do not collect special category personal data, and we do not run advertising or profiling on this site.
Why we use your personal data, and our legal basis
To respond to your enquiry. If you contact us, we use your details to read your message, reply to it, and follow up where appropriate. Legal basis: our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us, and where relevant, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
To run the website securely and reliably. Server logs help us detect abuse, troubleshoot faults, and maintain availability. Legal basis: our legitimate interests in operating a secure service.
To remember that you have seen our cookie notice. We store a dismissal record so we do not show the notice to you again on every visit. Legal basis: compliance with our legal obligations under UK data protection and ePrivacy law.
To comply with law. We may use or disclose personal data where required by law, regulation, or a legitimate request from a competent authority. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
Who we share your personal data with
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party marketing. We share personal data only with the following recipients, where necessary:
- Web3Forms. Submissions made through the contact form are processed by Web3Forms (operated by Web3Forms, a service based in the United States), which relays your submission to our inbox. They act as our processor for this limited purpose.
- Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., who hosts the website and may briefly process server log data on our behalf.
- Our email provider, Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online), which delivers and stores correspondence sent to and from our inbox.
- Google Fonts (Google LLC). The Website loads typefaces from the Google Fonts service. When fonts are served from Google's servers, your browser's IP address and basic request information may be visible to Google for the technical purpose of delivering the font files. Google states that Google Fonts requests do not set cookies and are not used to create profiles of end users. See Google's Google Fonts privacy FAQ for further details.
- Professional advisors (legal, accounting, audit) where reasonably necessary.
- Authorities (regulators, courts, law enforcement) where we are legally required or permitted to do so.
- Successors, in the event of a corporate restructuring, merger, or sale of part of our business; this policy will continue to apply to your data as transferred.
International transfers
Some of the recipients listed above are based outside the United Kingdom. In particular, contact-form submissions are relayed by Web3Forms in the United States, and Google Fonts requests may be served by Google LLC from infrastructure outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards — the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an applicable adequacy decision. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards in place by contacting us.
How long we keep your personal data
- Contact-form submissions and email correspondence: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, plus a reasonable record-keeping period of up to [24] months. Where we have a continuing business relationship with you, we may keep relevant correspondence for the duration of that relationship.
- Cookie-notice record: up to 180 days from the date you dismiss the notice, after which the notice is shown again. You can clear it sooner via your browser's site-data controls.
- Server logs: typically retained for a short rolling window (up to [12] months) for security and operational purposes.
Where we are legally required to keep personal data for longer (for example, to comply with tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations), we will do so.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and review of our processors. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; if we become aware of a personal data breach affecting you, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority where required by law.
